What You’ll Do

You will be part of a hybrid cross-functional team and will work on a variety of projects for clients in diverse industries that solve design challenges in all media types and channels.

You’ll use a blend of industry design standards, marketing best practices and your own savvy to define and implement design criteria, apply user-centric design methodologies to deliver ideas based on customer needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNT MANAGER

You’re creative, thoughtful, and a great communicator. You enjoy leading the team on projects from inception through completion. You take pride in managing the day-to-day work of your accounts and serving as the liaison between the client and your creative team. You enjoy managing project timelines, developing estimates, maintaining budget, and coordinate resources.

You’re a fit for this role, because you:

  • Manage day-to-day client services
  • Create and maintain project schedules to ensure all tasks and activities are assigned and completed on time and within budget
  • Manage daily work of your accounts, including communication between the client and the internal teams
  • Coordination of workflow between creative and production teams
  • Clear communication with client and team on status of client deliverables, impact on budgets and timelines and conflicts or issues that may affect the outcome of the project
  • Creation of key documents to guide the creative process: timelines, estimates, creative briefs
  • Review work prior to delivery – including everything from alignment to strategy down to proofreading
  • Plan and coordinate activities for teammates to ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Mentor, coach and train team as needed
  • Are able to establish and nurture healthy client working relationships
  • Participate and drive new business development

We’re excited to meet you because you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school in Business administration, marketing, graphic design, or related field
  • 4+ years project coordination experience
  • Prior agency, marketing or creative project management experience
  • Digital experience a plus
  • Open to occasional travel either locally or nationally
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Solid leadership skills are a plus
