Chubb is a global leader in P&C insurance, and is the leading insurance carrier for personal high net worth (HNW) individuals and families. Their insurance coverage and claims service is considered top notch, but it can’t compete if price comparison is the key factor considered. Unfortunately, agents and brokers weren’t concentrating their messaging on value, rather than price.

Together, we developed an omni-channel campaign and toolkit to educate and guide third-party agents and brokers on the opportunity within the high net worth market, the differences between a HNW client and standard client, and how to shift their language to the value proposition rather than price point.

Brought to market through a campaign landing page, social and email outreach, a direct mail video player, and a series of whitepapers and sales conversation tools—Chubb helped the success of their agents and brokers, while increasing policies written.
