This local community co-op needed to evolve their hybrid visual style into a proprietary, ownable and highly recognizable brand presence – while still complementing with the National Co-op branded materials displayed throughout their store. Our update embraces the 1970s origin of the store but modernizes it to appeal to a broad range of today’s shoppers in the Bellingham region. The brand now feels, looks and sounds local via relatable lifestyle photography, distinctive typography, appealing colors and down-to-earth graphic elements.
